In disc design: our product portfolio includes standard thyristors and diodes with epoxy disc case, high power thyristors and diodes with ceramic disc case.

PV Diode Module: also known as free-wheeling diodes, are wired within the PV module and provide an alternate current when a cell or panel becomes shaded or faulty.

Welding Modules: Non-isolated, baseboard as common electrode. Low forward voltage drop. Full crimping structure, sensitive to temperature and power cycle duty. Max. work junction temperature up to 150°C. High surge current.

Bridge Modules: Electrically-isolated chip and baseboard AC 2500V. Convenient installation, use and maintenance. Welding technique under the protection of vacuum and hydrogen gas. Max. work junction temperature up to 150°C. Compact and lightweight. Low forward voltage drop.

Solid State Relay: Electronic switching devices that switche on or off when an external voltage (AC or DC) are applied across its control terminals.

Power Modules: Also known as power electronic module provide the physical containment for several power components, usually power semiconductor devices.

Bridge Rectifiers: Provide full-wave rectification from a two-wire AC input, resulting in lower cost and weight as compared to a rectifier with a 3-wire input from a transformer with a center-trapped secondary winding.
